How fees are applied

• For billing purposes, one return means one physically separate inbound parcel, carton, pallet, or other handling unit received by Returned. Multiple physical units are billed separately even if they belong to the same customer order, carrier shipment, removal order, or master shipment reference — unless otherwise agreed in writing. Examples: one order returned in three cartons = three returns; a removal order arriving in 12 cartons = 12 returns; a freight shipment of five pallets = five returns.
• Basic, Standard+, and Grading are billed per return. Standard+ and Grading include the first item; each additional item in the same return is billed at the listed per-item rate. Basic returns are not opened, so no item-level fees apply — a Standard+ return with 10 items costs €2.29 + 9 × €0.40.
• Storage is optional. The first 14 calendar days after arrival are free while you decide next steps; from day 15, storage is billed per started week, per box or per pallet.
• The oversized fee is a surcharge per individual item (or per unopened parcel on Basic) over 5 kg or 1.20 m. It is added on top of the processing fee — it never replaces it.
• Consolidation is billed per outbound box and includes the new carton and standard packing materials. Outbound shipping and freight are billed separately, based on the actual carrier and service selected — or quoted for your approval before dispatch when required.
• Pallet preparation includes a standard Euro pallet, building, strapping, wrapping, and labelling. Special pallets or packaging are agreed in advance.
• The €0.49 rate covers standard disposal of goods that can be handled through ordinary commercial waste. Hazardous or specially regulated goods (e.g. damaged batteries, chemicals) are not covered — any additional disposal cost is agreed with you in advance where applicable. • Value Recovery commission is agreed per product in advance — nothing is sold without your approval. Any paid processing or grading (e.g. full A/B/C Grading) is charged at the published rates and is separate from the commission.
