We sell unwanted returns for you. The commission depends on the product category and condition — we agree on it individually before selling anything. Any paid processing or grading you order is billed separately at the published rates. Unsold items can still be consolidated, stored, or disposed at our standard rates.
Yes — we accept Amazon FBA removal orders from day one. Address your removal shipments to us: we log each shipment on arrival, process the items — including inspection and photos — according to the processing service level you select, and then follow your instructions.
Yes, we consolidate your returns into outbound boxes ready for worldwide shipping: €3.79 per box up to 20 kg or €4.45 per box above 20 kg, including the new outbound carton and standard packing. Outbound shipping is billed separately.
